Previously I worked in a electrical firm name Terasaki (S'pore). The first thought I have was: Japanese company, so is Japanese boss. So must be good one. End up, yes the founder of terasaki is japanese but the one in charge of Singapore is a Singaporean. How bad is this company is...
MNC company... system like SME company. One HR manger who bao shan bao hai and want to know everything. The most stupid is she ask my about my relationship during interview. That doesn't matter to me. The whole company has no system, jobs too manual. There's no real cost efficient as they save cost ineffectively. The colleagues there are good but not the management. I quited last month 7/8/2008 . I haven't get the pay for 1 month. How pathetic is this company. I thought they will send me cheque by end of the month but still havent get. I thought they should have calculated their account so as the pay. Damn, when i msg my friend to inform the HR manager, she said she forgotten. This shows how inprofession a person is when come to money. Trying to skip my pay? Not that easy. I almost go to MOM for it. Today I call, she said she just send the cheque. WTH? Till today then do so? I doubt their account.
I guess many marine company would have turn them down due to inefficient work and delay of project.
Luckily, Im already out of this company. By the way, many of my ex-colleague who work there for 2-3 years have left and go for better company. This is their greatest loss- manpower.
I'm now happy with my new company. :)
